The latter arrived exactly when they said they would and worked conscientiously throughout the day. When they left the job they had cleaned up after them, even to the extent of sweeping up the sawdust from the floor of the garage where they had worked.

I'm sorry to be so late in writing but I have been on holiday and only recently returned.
I should like to indicate how delighted we are with our recent refacing kitchen installation. The completed kitchen looks excellent and the workmanship is to a high standard.
We appreciated the efficiency of both workmen who attended and would especially thank Walter who came to fit the oven hood at a later date and was kind enough to finish off the two open shelves in the way we wished.
A special mention to your receptionist (her name escapes me at present but at one point in our dealings she was involved with her ill father) - she was a joy to speak with on the telephone and extremely helpful on every occasion.
